this place is really incredible, elite nails has the kindest staff i’ve ever met. i walked into the salon at about 6 pm without an appointment and in tears because i had just came from another salon close by that had given me a horrible experience. every staff member immediately made me feel welcome and worked so hard to make everything okay for me. i’m so grateful, especially since it was so kind of them to squeeze me in! they were so patient with me when i was emotional and took their time filing down and shaping my nails and checking in on me to make sure i was okay with how my nails were looking. even when i was having trouble choosing the color that i wanted, they were so patient and i didn’t feel rushed at all. this was my first time ever getting my nails done and it was for my college graduation, so it was really special and incredible that elite nails was able to remedy my situation and give me an amazing experience. i love my nails now and they’re super beautiful, im so thankful for elite nails and how the staff were able to turn my negative experience into a positive one!
